19 SUSHI BAR proposal present some of the most orthodox recipes of the Japanese culinary tradition. It´s menu serves a great variety of sashimis, makis and futomakis, sushis and tempura, all of it elaborated with total precision and care by the two executive chefs of the group, David Arauz and Roberto Limas. The group director Monica Fernández is responsible of the lounge´s work.
